Hi there, I’m Nancy (She/They), a Rebel, a Witch, and a Truth-seeker who guides clients as they discover new ways of moving their bodies, explore their creative magic, build new habits for thriving and get support that is centered on what they need.
I do this using a wide range of tools for building a resilient body, mind & spirit. Sometimes that looks like Ritual/Divination and other times it’s Interval Training & Pilates.
It’s all about discovery of your authentic self in a space that is free from talk about diets and weight loss.
This is important to me because I believe that the current way of viewing and performing “healthy” is based on racist ideas and policies.
It’s time for that to change. I am committed to that change.
Being resilient and thriving takes every single resource available and combining them in a way that becomes an established practice.
